Memorial complex "Sayid Amir Kulal" (Mir Kulal)

Sayyid Amir Kulal Bukhari occupies a special place in the spiritual chain of the Khodjagan — Naqshbandi. His mentor was Khoja Muhammad Baba Sammasi, who entrusted Amir Kulal with the spiritual upbringing of the young Bahauddin Naqshband. After completing his training, Amir Kulal gave his student permission to continue on an independent spiritual path.

Amir Kulal was born in the village of Sukhor, which the state tourism portal identifies with the modern settlement of Yangihayot in the Kagan district. His family was connected with the traditional craft of pottery; the name «Kulal» itself is linked to pottery.

The modern memorial complex was extensively renovated in 2008. It includes a mausoleum, a Friday mosque, a minaret, a hauz and a garden.
