Public offer for partners
Terms on which businesses publish their venues and services on traveluzbekistan.to.
Revision 2026-09-01 · In force since 2026-09-01
1. General
This document is a public offer by "PRODUCTLAB" LLC («PRODUCTLAB» MCHJ), TIN (STIR) 312 329 452, registered address: Republic of Uzbekistan, Samarkand Region, Samarkand District, Konigil MFY, 49 Samarkand Darvozasi Street (the "Operator"), addressed to companies, sole traders and self-employed persons (the "Partner") within the meaning of arts. 367 and 369 of the Civil Code of Uzbekistan.
The offer is accepted by ticking the acceptance box in the partner area on the website or in the mobile app. From that moment a contract on these terms exists between the parties.
The offer supplements the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, which apply to everything it does not cover.
2. Subject
The Operator lets the Partner publish information about its venues and services in the Service: restaurants, hotels, shops, entertainment venues, guides and the other categories the Service supports.
Publishing a basic listing is free unless separately agreed. Paid promotion is arranged under a separate contract or invoice-offer.
3. Requirements for the information
The Partner undertakes to publish accurate information and confirms that:
- the address, opening hours, prices, contacts and description are true and kept up to date;
- it holds the rights to the photographs, texts, logos and trademarks it publishes, or has obtained the necessary permissions;
- where individuals appear in images, their consent to publication has been obtained;
- the venue operates lawfully and holds any licence or permit its activity requires;
- the published material complies with Uzbek law, including the Law on Advertising.
Where the Partner's activity (or any part of it) is subject to mandatory licensing or certification, the Partner must provide electronic copies of the relevant permits within 2 (two) business days of the Operator's first request. If the documents are not provided, the Operator must refuse publication or unpublish the listing immediately, so as not to breach advertising law.
4. Moderation and publication
Material is published after a moderator review. The Operator may reject non-compliant material, request supporting documents or unpublish a listing.
Any change to a published listing goes back through moderation, which takes up to 5 business days.
The Operator may adjust presentation (formatting, image cropping, translation into the Service's other languages) without changing the meaning.
The Partner undertakes to check that the information is correct in every language of the Service from its own dashboard. If a translation is inaccurate, the Partner must correct it or notify the Operator. The Operator is not liable for claims from customers (tourists) arising from an inaccurate automatic or manual translation of a listing where the Partner did not report it before the dispute arose.
5. Licence
The Partner grants the Operator a free, non-exclusive licence to use the published material in the Service, its mobile app and the Service's promotional materials for as long as the listing is published, worldwide.
6. Personal data
Where the Partner publishes personal data of third parties (staff, guides, contacts), it obtains their consent itself and is responsible for the lawfulness of that processing.
Personal data of the Partner's representative is processed by the Operator under the Privacy Policy to run the partner area and to communicate about publication.
7. Liability
The Partner is liable for the accuracy of its information and for third-party claims relating to the published material, including copyright and trademark claims.
The Operator is not liable for the Partner's relationship with its own customers, including service quality, refusal of service and settlements between them.
Should third parties bring claims or lawsuits against the Operator, or should authorised state bodies issue orders or fines (including for infringement of intellectual property rights, advertising law or consumer rights) in connection with material published by the Partner, the Partner undertakes to settle those demands itself. The Partner further undertakes to reimburse the Operator in full for all documented losses, including fines paid, legal costs and compensation arising through the Partner's fault, within 10 (ten) banking days of receiving a written (including electronic) demand from the Operator.
8. Term and termination
The contract runs from acceptance until either party ends it. The Partner may end it by removing its listings and account.
The Operator may suspend or end publication if the offer is breached, notifying the Partner in the partner area or at the contacts it provided.
9. Changes
The Operator may amend the offer. A new revision is published with its version and offered for acceptance in the partner area. Current revision: 2026-09-01.
Refusing to accept a new revision terminates the contract and unpublishes the Partner's listings.
