Consent to the processing of personal data

By ticking the "I consent to the processing of personal data" box in the Service interface before requesting a one-time code (OTP) I, acting of my own free will and in my own interest, give my explicit, specific and informed consent to "PRODUCTLAB" LLC («PRODUCTLAB» MCHJ), TIN (STIR) 312 329 452, registered address: Republic of Uzbekistan, Samarkand Region, Samarkand District, Konigil MFY, 49 Samarkand Darvozasi Street (the "Operator") processing the data of mine set out below. The Parties treat this action as the equivalent of a handwritten signature.

The consent is given under arts. 16 and 17 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Personal Data of 2 July 2019 No. ZRU-547.

• mobile phone number and/or email address;
• first and last name, date of birth, gender, country, interface language, profile picture — where provided;
• Google or Apple account identifier where those sign-in methods are used;
• my activity in the Service: saved places, reviews, ratings, uploaded images;
• technical data: IP address, device and app details, device identifier, request timestamps;
• for partners — company name, business type and contact details.

Consent covers collection, systematisation, accumulation, storage, correction (updating, amendment), retrieval, use, transfer to the Operator's service providers, anonymisation, blocking and destruction of personal data.

Processing is carried out both by automated means and without them.

• creating and maintaining an account and signing in with a one-time code;
• providing Service features and storing my settings;
• handling my enquiries;
• account security and abuse prevention;
• for partners — publishing and moderating listing information.

I agree that my data may be passed to the Operator's service providers as far as message delivery and the operation of the Service require.

I am aware that email delivery may involve a cross-border transfer of my address and message text and consent to it under art. 27 of the Law on Personal Data.

The consent is effective from the moment it is given until the purposes are achieved or it is withdrawn.

It may be withdrawn at any time by deleting the account in the mobile app profile section or by writing to info@traveluzbekistan.to. Withdrawal stops the processing and the data is destroyed within 30 days, except for data whose retention period is set by law.

Withdrawing consent makes further use of the account impossible, since signing in is not possible without processing the identifier.

I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, that I understand them, and that the data I provided is accurate and belongs to me.

I agree that the electronic log on the Operator's server — holding my phone number (and/or email), IP address, the exact time the box was ticked and the current version of this Consent — is proper, sufficient and legally significant evidence that I gave this consent, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Operator records the date, time, document version and method of consent, and keeps that record as evidence of the consent.
