Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the https://traveluzbekistan.to website and the "traveluzbekistan.to" mobile application (together, the "Service").

The Service is owned and personal data is controlled by "PRODUCTLAB" LLC («PRODUCTLAB» MCHJ), TIN (STIR) 312 329 452, registered address: Republic of Uzbekistan, Samarkand Region, Samarkand District, Konigil MFY, 49 Samarkand Darvozasi Street (the "Operator").

The Terms constitute a public offer within the meaning of articles 367 and 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and are governed by Uzbek law, including the Law on Personal Data (ZRU-547 of 02.07.2019), the Law on Electronic Commerce (ZRU-792 of 29.09.2022), the Law on Consumer Rights Protection and the Law on Informatisation.

• User — an individual using the Service for personal purposes (a traveller).
• Partner — a company, sole trader or self-employed person publishing information about their venue or service in the Service.
• Listing — a venue, service or event published in the Service: an attraction, restaurant, hotel, guide, shop, event, route or another category.
• Account — the User record created when signing in with a one-time code.
• Content — texts, images, reviews, ratings and other materials published in the Service.

The Terms are accepted when the User starts using the Service, ticks the consent box in a sign-in or registration form, or confirms the one-time code sent to their phone number or email address.

A User who does not accept the Terms must stop using the Service.

The Service is intended solely for persons of legal capacity aged 18 and over. By signing in to the Service the User confirms being 18 or older. Minors may use the Service only under the direct supervision of their legal representatives and through those representatives' accounts. Legal representatives bear full responsibility for any actions of minors in the Service.

The Service is informational: it aggregates and structures information about tourist venues in Uzbekistan and makes it available in three languages.

The Operator is not a tour operator, travel agent, carrier, hotel or catering business, and does not provide booking, accommodation, transport or catering services. Such contracts are concluded by the User directly with the relevant Partner.

Information about Listings, including prices, opening hours and service conditions, is supplied by Partners and public sources and does not constitute a public offer.

Sign-in is passwordless: a one-time code is sent to an Uzbek mobile number or to an email address. An account is created automatically on first sign-in.

The User undertakes to provide accurate details and not to share access to the account. Actions taken through the account are deemed taken by the User.

The User may delete the account at any time in the app profile section or by writing to info@traveluzbekistan.to. Deletion ends the processing of personal data, except for data the law requires to be retained.

By publishing Content the User warrants being its lawful rights holder and/or having obtained every necessary consent from third parties (including consent to the use of a citizen's image under art. 99 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan). Should third parties or state authorities bring claims, fines or lawsuits against the Operator in connection with an infringement caused by Content the User published, the User undertakes to settle those claims independently and to reimburse the Operator for all documented losses.

The following may not be published:

• material that breaches Uzbek law or the rights of third parties;
• insults, defamation, incitement to violence or discrimination of any kind;
• knowingly false information about Listings or their owners;
• advertising, spam or third-party personal data published without consent;
• material infringing intellectual property rights.

The Operator may reject, hide or remove non-compliant Content and restrict access to the account of a User who repeatedly breaches the Terms.

The Service software, design, Listings database, trademarks and other materials belong to the Operator or are used by it on a lawful basis and are protected by the intellectual property law of Uzbekistan.

Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Copying, systematic extraction and automated harvesting (scraping) without the Operator's written consent are not.

The Service is provided "as is". The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep information current but does not warrant that it is complete or accurate, as it may be changed by Partners and third parties.

The Operator acts solely as an information intermediary (aggregator) and is not liable for the quality of services or the performance of contracts concluded directly between the User and Partners. The Operator is liable to the User only for losses arising from its own direct, documented fault, within the limits set by the mandatory provisions of Uzbek law. The Operator undertakes to remove or block inaccurate information about Partners within a reasonable time of receiving a substantiated written notice.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Consent to the processing of personal data, which form an integral part of these Terms.

The Operator may amend the Terms. A new revision is published in the Service with its version and effective date; material changes are notified in the Service and acceptance of the new revision is requested.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date means the new revision is accepted.

The Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The parties will attempt pre-court settlement: a claim sent to info@traveluzbekistan.to is reviewed within 30 calendar days.

Failing agreement, the dispute is heard by a court in accordance with Uzbek law.
